I am so thrilled that I got to go on this journey to visit these amazing people in the mountains. We first started out on motorcycles with three to four people on each motorcycle. Not only did we have three or four to a dirt bike but we also had our food supplies strapped on as well. also we rode on the sides of mountains and had to trust the driver. I have learned a lot from them. I love their unity in working together to live. This whole trip I was thinking of all the things I took for granted. I was amazed to see them offer to take my sleeping pad while carrying other things. Most of the time I was looking down to see where my next step would be but when I rested I saw God's beautiful creation and for a second I was in Heaven and everything around me stopped. I even asked if the pastors behind me wanted to pass and they said no. I think I learned more from them than they did from me.
