After waiting for eternity trying to get into Manila because of flight delays we finally arrived in the capital city of the Philippines. It was amazing to see the city on the ride to the hotel. The plans were to go the mall that night but it was too late. Instead God let us go to the mall the day Spiderman 3 opened here. I was so excited! Now I know God likes Spiderman as well as me. Alyssa and I got to go see it and it reminded me of our summers and we would go to the movies on our days off. They had air conditioning in the theatre and padded headrests in the seats. The movie was amazing! I am so excited that I got to see it 3 days before all of America!!!
We are here in Tabuk now with Chris and Cathee. Tomorrow we get to dig comfort rooms (out houses). Well it was nice to have a chance to rest for a little bit after our long bus trip.

DUDE No fair.... Maybe you would like to see it again. I hope Larry remembered to give the two of you what I sent..I am sharing part of your adventures with the classes I am subbing for. They are eager to see the few special pictures I have been able to print. Remember Marcus this Friday to have his 3rd surgery for kidney stones. Mabel is much better now that they have changed her meds. Pam flies home Sunday. I hope that you know how very PROUD I am of the two of you. Love on the people all you can. I hope you have been taking pictures. Please share with Isaiah that we are praying for him too. I will blog more my urchin eating son.
